Robyn Ladinsky is a therapist and parent coach for over 20 years with a degree in Early Childhood Education, a Masters in Social Work and several Life and Parent Coaching certificates. She’s also an Author and Speaker focusing on sharing her 3 Core Secrets, helping overwhelmed parents of young children go from chaos and frustration to lasting peace and calm. And as a result, they create deeper, more meaningful connections and happy memories with their children.
Teresa Hoang is a Master Life Coach specializing in mental wellness and growth mindset. She is the founder and president of Strong Smart and Kind (SSK) Foundation, a nonprofit that focuses on mental health and provide free workshops and services to the community, especially the youth. Teresa’s goal is to redefine the stigmas of mental health, especially in the Asian communities.
