Audrey brings many years of experience to holistic health practice. A Veteran Army nurse, wife a senior military leader, and mother of three grown children, she healed chronic low back pain through yoga–in a dynamic lifestyle. That experience propelled her to become a well-trained yoga instructor, mind body skills facilitator, and health and wellness coach. She taught yoga for five years as adjunct college faculty at George Mason University. She was a project coordinator in a recently published research study on therapeutic yoga, and helped create a DOD website on optimizing human performance using mind body skills. She continues self-development through adding Health and Wellness coaching to Myndwell. She has presented publicly at conferences on the evidence-based benefits of holistic health practices, and presented the RESTORE poster at the 2017 American Holistic Nurse’s Association Conference.
